The God Who Sees You!

Scripture paints a vivid picture. And once in a while, it is as if the Lord were sitting by our side, explaining a truth that provides revelation. A moment such as this is noted below, and I hope it promotes understanding that encourages you.

“I am El-Roi, the God Who sees you.”

“How do you think I treat someone who is My treasure, set apart for Me? As I set you apart, I consider you royal, a priesthood always welcome in My presence. Highly favored. Deeply loved. Receiving My inheritance, which was given to My Son, and now to you as My child. There is a place of honor reserved for you at My right hand because you are in union with Jesus. As My treasure, I protect you and provide for you. My eye is always upon you because you are precious to Me; I watch over you with deep affection. I will never leave you or forsake you; who would abandon a valuable treasure?  I am acquainted with all your ways. I am before you and behind you. I am intimately aware of you. I have laid My hand upon you. Let the knowledge of this bring you wonder and strength. Wherever you go, My hand will guide you; My strength will empower you. Every single moment, I am thinking of you. I cherish you constantly! My desires toward you are more than the grains of sand on every shore. I extend mercy to you daily. I am delighted when you recognize My goodness, causing you to brag about Me to others. It brought Me joy to send My Son to sacrifice His life for you, to redeem your life from destruction, guilt, and condemnation. Now you are purified and made holy. I consider you My own special possession. My favor is a shield about you."
